Introduction to government accounting

In the first session of the Introduction to Government Accounting course, the International Public Sector Accounting Standards will be highlighted, the users of financial information will be identified, and the main groups of financial statements will be identified.

In the second session of the Introduction to Government Accounting course, the presentation of financial statements and information in the statement of activities and the presentation of financial information in the statement of financial position will be highlighted, in addition to linking them to each other.

In the third session the participants will be able to consolidate the understanding they obtained in the previous sessions about the list of activities and the list of financial position and put these lists into practice in terms of their application in the public sector.

In the fourth session, the topic of auditing financial statements will be discussed, in addition to analyzing cash flows.

In the fifth session, the components of the financial management system will be discussed, in addition to shedding light on the role and relationship of senior management in the organization to reading and analyzing data, as well as the importance of communication processes and how to pass information related to the financial management system.

In the sixth session, two topics will be discussed, the first is about the internal control system in government institutions, and the second is about budgets and their uses.

Production Management

The production management course deals with the basic information, skills and trends required in order for each business owner to be able to manage and operate his job in an effective and purposeful manner, so that the entrepreneur will get acquainted with the most important production systems, services and tools that he needs to apply the foundations of modern management to the daily operations that he will implement in his own project.

Accordingly, mastering the marketing skills in a practical way will help us to start our business correctly and obtain an appropriate market share in order to develop and achieve profits. This course aims to build and develop the capabilities of entrepreneurs at the level of knowledge, skills and trends in the subject of marketing management and to enable them to prepare comprehensive marketing plans as a basis for preparing an economic feasibility study for a commercial project. .

The Quality Management course.

In order for commercial establishments to be able to compete in the local and international markets, they must provide products and services of high quality and value to the customer, all while maintaining high productivity. Thus, quality management constitutes a methodology for improving quality in establishments in order to help the establishment achieve its commercial objectives.

Strategic Management

This course will start with the objectives, importance, origin, and development of strategic management concept and practice. We will take you throughout the course identifying the most important topics in strategy and will also help you in building your own strategic plan. The following is how this course proceeds:

Topic 1 - The concept of strategic management and the stages of its inception and development will be introduced, in addition to an overview of the basic concepts of successful strategic management.

Topic 2 - The strategic management objectives and their importance will be identified and how to formulate the vision, mission and objectives.

Topic 3 - The concept of the external and internal environment and its importance will be introduced, in addition to the quadripartite analysis.

Topic 4 - The concept of strategic goals, their features, elements and how to formulate them will be introduced.

Topic 5 - The concept, components and uses of strategic alternatives will be introduced.

Topic 6 - You will learn how the strategic matrix works, the implementation of the strategy, and the steps for follow-up and monitoring of performance.

Topic 7 - The process of evaluating the strategy and its importance will be learned.

Business Management

This course consists of 40 training hours divided into 8 meetings (4 class meetings and 4 Class meetings are held on Saturdays from one to six in the afternoon. This course aims to stimulate the entrepreneurial competencies of the participants and provide them with the basic management skills they need to manage and develop their entrepreneurial projects.

This course aims to develop a business plan for your own project that aims to get the attention of investors and lenders and give them an idea of the company's structure, its goals and future plans, and help them make their decisions.

Human Resource Management

The Human Resources Management course. This course consists of 40 training hours.
