Course Description

This course aims to develop a business plan for your own project that aims to get the attention of investors and lenders and give them an idea of the company's structure, its goals and future plans, and help them make their decisions.

Objectives

Objectives
  • Introducing the project and the nature of the product.
  • Analyzing the market and convincing the reader that there is a large market opportunity and the possibility of controlling a sufficient portion.
  • Convince the reader that the project owner has an administrative team capable of effectively managing the product/service in the market and making it a successful project.
  • Recognize how to implement the action plan and focus on the costs associated with the implementation of the action plan.
  • Identify potential problems that negatively affect the project.
  • Gathering information and transforming it into a set of projected financial accounts focusing on purchase, return on investment, money management, and performance information for the expected three years.
  • Presenting and submitting the project in an appropriate form to the project financier from banks, investors or partners.

This course consists of 40 training hours divided into eight sessions, as shown below:

  • The first is to identify the elements of a business plan
  • The second is to formulate the elements of a project action plan
  • The three phases of the action plan
  • Fourth, the different models of the operational and financial plan
  • Fifth individual counseling
  • Sixth individual consultation
  • Seventh first Presentation
  • Eighth, the second class presentation before the Committee of Lenders and Investors
