Course Description

The Human Resources Management course. This course consists of 40 training hours.

Course Topics

Course Topics
  • In meeting 1, we will learn about human resources in general and the importance and privacy of human resources in small and medium-sized companies, as well as the importance of planning and attracting human resources and knowing the importance of appropriate selection.
  • In second meeting, the concept of the job structure and how to build it will be introduced to the participants. The participants will also learn about the concept of job description and job analysis and the importance of each.
  • During 3rd meeting, the topic of job description and job analysis will be completed, and the topic of employment and interviews will be discussed through a number of practical and applied activities.
  • In 4th meeting, the importance of employee training and development and the most effective training mechanisms will be 
  • In 5th  meeting the focus will be on the subject of evaluating the performance of employees in terms of: importance, methods and problems facing the evaluation and some solutions. Some training activities will also be implemented on methods for determining payment and wages, and the importance of having a staff motivation system that contributes to raising the efficiency of workers and achieving a sense of job security.
  • In the seventh, Familiarizing participants with the methods of determining payment and wages and the importance of determining wages and creating a motivation system for employees to raise their efficiency, in addition to introducing them to job security and the importance of maintaining employee security and safety.
