Our Business Services are provided to all types of established businesses as well as to non-governmental organizations. We serve owners of existing companies – of any size, operating in any industry, registered or unregistered, and located anywhere in Palestine (including East Jerusalem). We use a holistic approach combining training with individual face-to-face mentoring. In the provision of the mentorship services, CCE relies on its in-house team of business experts in addition to mentors trained in the “Mentoring of SMEs” professional diploma conducted by CCE in 2010. Our team comprises 15 highly qualified and experienced mentors.
In the past CCE has served micro and small enterprises operating in a wide range of local industries including agriculture, stones & marble, production of packaging materials, food production, educational games production, textile, plastic production, craft industries, construction materials production, ICT, water bottling, heating and cooling systems production and installation, etc. In the past few years only, we have served more than 200 enterprises.

Research & Development
Our team includes our staff as well as students and faculty members from the University. We analyse, research, design, prototype, and test the development of new formulas and products for existing businesses, helping them improve on quality and functionality. We also help them receive mentoring and access to relevant technical expertise.

CCE conducts in-depth analysis of client organizations’ and projects’ performance including determination to which degree they have been successful in meeting the mission, vision, intended goals, and objectives. Business planning is a differentiating feature of services provided by CCE team to local and regional private sector organizations. We develop business plans for SME enterprises established by individual entrepreneurs who seek micro loans as well as business plans for considerable investments. Our business plans are well recognized by local and regional venture capitals for reliability, comprehensiveness, and creativity.
Business Continuity
We work with family businesses to plan their business continuity through restructuring and incorporating them. We help Businesses understand the different ways of structuring their business and the consequences and rewards of each. We also stress the importance of registering the business as a company of a certain form for the continuity of the business.
Production and Marketing Optimization
Our Industrial engineer staff members has worked with many established businesses both small and medium to identify production deficiencies and finding alternative ways to optimize their process. We also look into the channels chosen for marketing as well as the marketing mix and help them conduct market research to identify the right mix for their marketing and products and find alternative channels to promote and sell these products.
Risk and Crisis Management
CCE interventions also address the problem of vulnerability of existing small and medium-sized enterprises, especially those in manufacturing and agro industries, through providing them with Risk and Crisis Management services.
Our approach to risk and crisis management entails the following steps:
- Diagnosis of the current business performance based on face-to-face interviews with the owners and key personnel, in addition to observation of the production and warehousing processes.
- Analysis of the data collected and development of recommendations for improving the enterprise’s performance in key business fields;
- Identification of bottlenecks and potentials for improvement;
- Detailed recommendations for moving forward; and
Assistance to the enterprises in planning for and integrating the recommendations developed.
