Course Description

The course deals with the concept of case management as one of the intervention strategies used by the social worker to provide a comprehensive service that intersects and overlaps with a number of disciplines to achieve goals, respond to the needs of the beneficiary and achieve the desired strategic change in the life of the individual or family.
