Course Description

This course aims to provide participants with the necessary skills and develop their capabilities to conduct follow-up and evaluation processes in a way that contributes to decision-making, identifying lessons learned and disseminating them during the life cycle of the current project and future projects.

Objectives

Distinguish the difference between monitoring and evaluation
Clarify the role of information in implementing the monitoring and evaluation of the project in all its phases
Recognize the tools and models of the monitoring and evaluation system and develop them to suit their needs
Prepare a follow-up plan for the project
Develop appropriate indicators to measure and evaluate the implementation of project activities and results
Conducting the evaluation process for the project
Exchange of experiences among the participants on the monitoring and evaluation processes
